McGrady definitely the biggest snub. Walt Bellamy, no.

Dantley and English are tough to call. Both were efficient and scored a ton but I feel like both on did one thing well, inside/midrange game. Which was helped tremendously by the fast-paced nature of the league at the time.

I think there’s a reason both never did much. Wasn’t really much else to either of their games it seems.

Having said that I’d still probably say Tmac, Dwight, and Dantley.

They didn't just do it well, they did it better than most players All Time.

That's like saying Ben Wallace played defense well but he didn't do much else.

Correct. Ben Wallace isn’t in the top 75.

I feel like a remotely well-rounded game is a precursor.

I never hear him brought up in this discussion, but I feel like Gasol was pretty deserving to make the list. 4x All-NBA, 6x All-star, the 2nd best player on b2b title teams. Dwight & McGrady are the inexcusable snubs, but I'd say guys like Gasol & Vince would be right behind them.

Gasol will probably be on the 100th year team, should have been on the 75th but they had to make up for some blunders from the 50th team( Nique, Mcadoo, etc) plus add the new crop of great players over the last 25 years.

If he didn't make the top 75, he's not making the top 100 in 25 years. He's borderline top 100 today.

We're 25 years from knowing that so irrelevent to speculate, but he's a legit top 75 guy now, let alone top 100. There's guys on the list from 1997 that simply have been surpassed since but the NBA won't remove them, which screws guys like Tmac, Dwight, Dumars, English, Gasol, Vince, etc.

Yeah, claiming he's borderline top 100 today is a terrible take :lol

I like the NBA's policy of never removing guys from previous lists. That way all are represented more or less equally.

To answer the OP, T-Mac is the biggest omission to me followed by Dwight.
