The Blazers have been fun to watch. Jerami Grant is playing really well, better than I expected. Anfernee Simons can catch fire. Lillard is one of the best pgs in the league. The rookie Shaeden Sharpe is explosive and throws down some awesome dunks. Then they have good glue guys like Josh Hart and Justice Winslow.

I'm gonna say Orlando. They obviously don't win many games, but they have a bunch of prospects that are fun to watch. They may be a good team in a year or two.

I mentioned this topic because every year there are a number of NBA teams that aren't actually good but are super fun to watch because they have Bunches of young players who flash big talent for a few games and then, because they are young players, are inconsistent and failed to deliver for a game or two, but you can like see them developing as players right before your eyes. The rockets come to mind
