If he plays in the 1990's he is going to battle Michael Jordan for the title of best shooting guard in the league.

He's better than Sprewell and Hornacek...has a ways to go before he catches Reggie, Reggie made a lot of conference finals with teams that weren't as great as his Suns teams.

Butt hurt. The shooting guard position in the mid to late 1990's was weak. Only when Kobe, Carter, and Mcgrady started to put up better numbers during the golden era of the shooting guard position it became very competitive.

Inflated stats era. Everyone is waking up to it even casuals realize that something isn't right. It's just too offensively orientated right now

AI cooked two of them in the 2001 post-season. The other one was not SG, he was a SF.

This. It's been like that for quite some years now. These backourt players would be crying for mercy if guys like Laimbeer, Oakley, Olajuwon, David Robinson or Mutombo were in the paint.

A bit too small for the 90s. The modern guard is smaller and quicker because the rules favor this. The older guard was slower but stronger.

Inflated talent era.

Far greater talent in the league now than in the 90s.

90s talent was closer to 60s talent

90s is the new 60s. Irrelevant. Jordan and his non achievements are literally irrelevant. Nobody cares about them. The talent was awful

Jordan was elite on both ends of the court and the consensus best ever.

Booker is an elite scorer and isn't even the best of his current generation.

OP is incredibly dumb.

They weighed less in the 90s

He'd be a top 3 SG in the 90s and would probably be considered better than Drexler for most years in that decade

Definitely would be above guys like Miller, Richmond, Hornacek, Spree, and Starks imo

Umm what he’s 6’6. He usually bodies other SGs with his size

As long as there are no double teams. You can't be doing that.

Based on what? Freedom of movement rules and rule changes that promote scoring so it's easier for him to score? Booker's game has just started to round out but he wouldn't be above Spree Miller or Richmond and especially not above Clyde but I'm sure you know better than that.

I might even take Joe Dumars over him because defensively they aren't close. Same with Spree defensively he's far, far above Booker. Miller is more efficient and Richmond is a better scorer and Clyde is more well rounded.
