Shaq, Tim Duncan in the Olympics?
Rodman played power forward last time I checked. If he's not tall enough then Horace Grant.

Neither of them are "bigs". The entire nature of the triangle doesn't lend itself to big men get the ball on the block and go to work though. They needed a large individual for defensive purposes but that's it. Offensively it wasn't necessary.

In what universe is Horace Grant, a 6'10 PF/C not a big? :lol

Because he wasn't..? At least not in the sense the the OP is discussing. KD is 6'10 too. Big?
Horace weighed like 215 pounds. He wasn't banging with centers all that often offensively.

Horace and Rodman played the 4 for the Bulls. They always had a true center in there from what I remember

Dave Corzine, Longley, Cartwright and Horace averaged between 0.5 and 1.5 blocks, while Lebron had the following centers average over 1.5 blocks - Zydrunas, Shaq, Birdman, Mosgov, McGee, AD
So Jordan had far less rim protection than Lebron.
In addition to less rim protection, Jordan only had 2 teammates average 8+ rebounds alongside him (Grant, Rodman), while Lebron had dozens of teammates average 8+ rebounds (Boozer, Gooden, Zydrunas, Jamison, Shaq, Mosgov, Tristan, Bosh, Love, AD, McGee, and more).. Lebron was actually 5th on his own team in rebounds one year.

Jordan never had a center average more than 1.5 blocks, while Lebron had many centers average 1.5 or more - Zydrunas, Shaq, Birdman, Mosgov, McGee, AD

He only played 1 postseason and 9 regular season games for them. They apparently decided he was expendable as he signed with Detroit afterward.

Actually Horace was 6'10. You're thinking of his twin brother Harvey.

I'd say it's a wash between Longley and post-prime Cartwright.
Cartwright was better in the post and in low-post defense (although neither was a great shot blocker) while Longley was a better passer, screener, and ball handler as many foreign big men are.

Yes it's possible for one twin to be a little taller than the other.
