seriously though, to get the most out of all that you should invest in a 4k 120 oled tv. nothing beats oled (as of now).

i had an LG last year but they are too damn big for desktop use. at least if ur on console, ur sitting 6 feet away on the couch. i need me a 32" monitor, they do have an oled but its curved so it's gay.

That's a lot of unnecessary money for a system that is capped at 144 frames per second in terms of what is being delivered to you because of the monitor's refresh rate. With that rig, you are not getting the most out of it without a 360hz monitor.

i can't tell the difference. i cap fps to 120 on all my games, from 60-->120, yuge difference, above that? probably diminishing returns. if i were a pro gamer, sure...but i'm not. plus keeping cool temps is underrated af. playing cod @4k 120fps with my gpu never going above 45c is a dream. my 3090 was essentially a heater.

if you're gaming at 4k you are. for the most recent games anyway. in addition to that, you can use nvidia's dsr or dldsr to render the game at 8k and downscale it to 4k in order to get a fuc*ing stunning image with near zero aliasing.

As someone who does no gaming at all it seems like a waste, but to each their own.

I do have a 34'' LG ultrawide at work, I believe its 1440 resolution and it works well for multitasking.
Samsung has some pretty neat smart monitors with built in apps.

4k monitors are kinda pointless unless you are a professional photo editor or something, its virtually impossible to tell the difference between 1440k and 4k in any kind of PC gaming context. Anyway, if you really need to have a 4k monitor with lots of "real estate" (lol), you should be doing a 2 monitor setup with 1 gaming monitor and 1 gay monitor... considering how much you already spent on this computer, buying two high end monitors should be a cakewalk.
