So who would you get rid of or change or would you attribute the seven categories to different players.

MIP should be named for Brook Lopez since he never won one yet probably made the most dramatic career evolution of anyone in recent memory. Altho you could make the same argument for Lebron, but just with starting out on a much higher level.

Lifetime achievement should be Bron, DPOY should be Bron. Sportsmanship should be Bron.

I would make a package size award named after Pippen, but retroactively award it to Lebron for each year he was in the league.
