Chicago for sure isn't going anywhere, imagine what Luka could do with pieces like Derozen and/or LaVine
Miami is first round fodder at best, might as well trade Butler and Lowry maybe OKC or Utah would trade picks for them.

On second thought it feels too early for either team to consider blowing it up just yet at this point in the season

Chicago should. I thought they had tremendous potential last year, but they've gotten worse, not better. What they're doing's not working. They need to make radical changes.
I'm not ready to say the same for Miami. They've shown flashes of brilliance, and I think they still may be able to get it together.

They're both gonna try out this year for sure.
Miami can still compete, Chicago might actually be well served splitting up.
