Yes

Tatum plays defense

Melo is a perfect fit for the James Worthy role

Of course. This might have been a better discussion 2 or more years ago.

I cannot imagine anybody who would take Melo over Tatum.

About equal because Melo put up the similar numbers when it was harder to do so with less spacing and he never played on a team as good as these Celtics.

Im so nba'd out

Melo was always a ball stopper who didn't play D. He never made 1st team All NBA in his career and only made the 2nd team twice.

Yes. Melo was a more skilled half court scorer but Tatum does literally everything else better.

You just know the Kobe crew would take Melo.

If TheMarkMadsen was still here, he would explain to us why Melo was better too. Same for that other guy, hoopcityjones or something.

Easily Melo during his time on the West

Tatum.... lol. Kid has one good season, lets see if he can continue this production for the next 5-7 years

what did melo do in the west outside of put up a ton of points?

you're retarded. tatum locking kd down and leading the celtics to the finals is already more impressive than anything melo did. :oldlol:

Carmelo Anthony is a career 23 ppg scorer. Tatum has been averaging over 23 points since he was 21 years old. You say he only had one good season when he he already is 3 time allstar and 2 time AllNBA. You and a few others may as well admit that you just don't like Tatum and there is nothing he could possibly do to get you to admit that he's a great player.
