Putting up better numbers than Jokic this season.

He only had 11 free throw attempts is what is most interesting about this game, just under his average for the year.

I think he had three 3pt plays, so it is only about 4 other trips to the line for the game.

he won back to back players of the week. The Sixers are 5th seed in the east. if he can lead them to a top 2-3 record. He might win his first mvp.

He won't ever win MVP now. His time to win the award is over. Even he concedes that. He just needs to focus on smashing more records and do whatever he can to win a ring.

Tatum and Luka are the only ones that can win the MVP award this season. Luka is clearly the unanimous favourite, Tatum's only chance is if the Mavericks have a low seed come April, making it hard for voters to justify it.

Not with the Mavs flirting with .500 ball he won't. The 'Luka for MVP' buzz has cooled in recent weeks. Beyond the usual suspects of recent seasons, watch out for Zion's name entering the conversation keeping the Pelicans at the top of the West with Ingram out.

OP still feels threatened by Jordan 20 years after he retired.
