But China acquires them and modifies them ....

Trump was doing most of this stuff already with China. He was extremely concerned about China stealing chipset manufacturing intellectual property for both their military and becoming chip manufacturing independent.

At first Biden said he was going to end Trump's "us against them" China policy. He was used to the China friendly Obama days. He was quickly put up to date that the US had China on the ropes in many regards with chip manufacturing and decided to attack China for the good of America. Nice to see Biden quickly reverse course on China and continue with Trump's pressure on them

Trump basically declared fiscal war on China. You guys called him racist and an isolationist. Biden continues on with many of the same policies....hero :ohwell:
