Because he costs more than he’s worth. He’ll give you great game here and there but he’s awful defensively and can play unwarranted hero ball more than you’d want.

LUKA didn't play, he wasn't going to do that number if Luka cancerous ass was playing.

guys like westbrook and kemba as the best player on a team in the starting lineup aren't good. but off the bench and in games where your stars sit can make them beneficial because they're better than a role player that can't do shit. you need guys that can take over off the bench. thats what the mavs were missing. they need that 3rd rotation piece like they had with brunson

kemba is basically a slightly worse version of him at this point and all he costs is 1.3 million non guaranteed

how can anyone hate on that

League is 90% politics and 10% based off actual on the court basketball skill/talent/ability

Had several games like this for the Knicks last year. He can play and was never actually washed. Is he what he was...no...is he unsignable and a non-contributor? No. Still a great backup

I'm sure the NBA discriminates blacks.

They give ppl jobs because they like them….haslem, pinson,Matt Ryan. Yet ppl who can play Carmelo,Demarcus, Dwight, ect. are not playing because “we don’t like them”

It will be good for the Mavs if they can get 15 minutes of Kemba murdering bench players while Luka rests.

Well morale and chemistry do matter. Especially for teams trying to make a run at a chip that already have enough scorers. Sometimes you dont need more chefs in the kitchen, but have to fill a few of the more humble roles around them.

These guys played for teams with ambition for cheap and still were let go. This should tell you were their problem lies.

Exactly. Very similar to Lebron.
