Apple and Amazon we’re expected to get it but Apple wanted to bundle it in free with Apple TV and the nfl had to protect cbs and Fox from nobody needing local broadcasts anymore so they didn’t take apples deal. Google snuck in the back door.

Apple and Amazon both want sports as the old pay tv model goes away and that’s why leagues are gonna make so much more money in coming rights deals.

I hope Amazon gets the nba I guess. I hate the Apple TV interface, YouTube tv can kiss my ass, and I know I won’t just give up league pass.

And yes I also know how to stream illegally. I was teaching people on here long long ago…but I like to host gatherings at times. Can’t count on illegal streams. Granted…people will still shut down an Amazon stream eventually with enough traffic….but it’s harder.

We will all end up watching live sports on a streamer soon. They have us all by the balls even if you don’t realize it yet

i pay an indian guy 15$ a month for every channel, sports package, ppv, porn station, on demand movie/tv show on my android box in full 4k with every show saved for weeks. can go back and start/fast forward anything

with 500+mbps internet and a direct ethernet cable its literally never skipped, lagged or froze once. and it has automatic updates.

i have regular cable as a backup too ( with like 100 channels and some on demand stuff ). its preferred sometimes like for betting on games cause android stuff is like a minute behind for some reason

but if you're pissed off about costs just go with IPTV

I’ve had several of those services but even the most reliable eventually go away. I had one for a couple years but they all just vanish eventually. Amazon isn’t going anywhere. I actually watch all my non national tv games on Amazon already since it can see my league pass subscription somehow. Won’t be much of a change for me.

your guys were shitty and unreliable. or stupid and got caught. my guy makes people pay for 3 months at a time with no memo on e transfers. you need the auto updates and if shit ****s up you need their personal cell number. they'l sign onto your box and fix it themselves. my guy has tons of clients. theres no way i'm signing up with apple, google, amazon, youtube, league pass, NFL, center ice, MLB, rogers tv packages, netflix, disney+ then paying for PPV's ontop of all that

i cut all my streaming services. all those shows are loaded on the android box on demand section. its worth the trouble going through different suppliers to find the right guy

Not to the vast majority of people.

I know how to do all that myself. Kodi and plex and all. I had services with international versions of every channel so I’d have 5,000+ options. I remember Italian Comedy Central had Scrubs on right around my bedtime like 15-20 years ago so I’d watch it and pass out nightly.

I’m not saying it isn’t doable.

I’m saying I don’t care enough. I genuinely don’t know what anything even costs. Almost all my subscriptions are attached to credit cards that are on auto pay just to keep adding on time payments.

Off the top of my head I’m paying for….

Netflix
Hulu
Amazon
Disney
Paramount plus
Discovery plus
HBO max
Peacock
Apple
Audible
Spotify

And I have redzone and league pass through cable along with hundreds of channels I don’t watch. I watch both espns, tnt, nbc for football, redzone, and probably a couple travel and cooking channels. Pay 200 something a month.

Could I consolidate? Sure.

Will I?

Nah.

I have all the same shit at my house, my girlfriends house, my moms house, and most of it on the fire sticks I travel with.

I like to throw the Firestick on some air bnb tv and be the same uselsss Deadwood watching piece of shit on the road that I am at home.

The big android box setup wouldn’t be worth it to me now that it’s all established.

Sure I don’t “need” all my shit but I don’t need to fridge to be able to tell my tv to let me know the door is open. But it can. We left need behind long ago.

Kodi is completely different than what I have. I had that too but it's just internet streams. my shit is a direct link to a real bell TV service package with everything unlocked. that's why everything's on demand in 4k and has rewind capabilities without recording. it's called tiptop. you need a real account that's hacked and then they f*ck with it in a way so multiple people can use the same service. I use his porn channel password that he has with bell. it's the same shit basically
