k so this sorta puts the whole 1-9 thing to rest. give the guy one good sidekick and he can beat any super team from any era

"bbbbbbut lebron faced curry/klay/durant/draymond"

yeah and he f*cking lost

Jordan swept Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Isiah Thomas, James Worthy, Clyde Drexler, Bill Walton, Kevin McHale, Danny Ainge, and Robert Parish.

TWICE

before I thought it was 1 win. ok flukes happen. but 8 straight times?... rookie jordan with 1 rookie sidekick >>>>>>>>> prime lebron with all of his super teams combined

I'm not surprised OP counts exhibition games, after all, The All-star game MVP (exhibition) was named after his hero.

Some whole games are available.

It was pretty much an all star game(though all star games back then were way more competitive). You can see Ewing block the first shot there. Jordan do some things.

don't give me that exibition bullshit. the dream team scrimmages were highly competitive. and allstar games didn't become a joke till the lebron era. before that every single one got highly competitive in the 4th when it was close

and we already went over how the regular season today has just as much of a lack of effort or care for the first 3 quarters. players coast till its winning time. that's just how it is for a 48 minute game. but I highly doubt magic was coasting. Isiah? Bird? I don't think so

these guys had different mentalities back then. no way is a college level USA team beating prime kobe/shaq/garnett/duncan/tmac/kidd etc...

But you gotta concede that players back then had pride and didn't wanna lose to some amateurs, which they embarrasingly did, 8 times.
