Honestly I don’t ever remember the Western Conference race being this close between the top 8 seeds

If forced to pick, I'd go with old reliable, the Suns, just a game back from 1st right now despite CP3 missing nearly half the season so far.

3 games between the 1st and 8th seeds. That's some crazy parity. Honestly it's too close to call and all it takes is an injury to upset the apple cart.

I think Memphis. With their youth and athleticism I think they're built to last the whole 82.

I called for the Grizzlies to win the title this year before the season started. I'm standing by my prediction. Also voted for them to take top seed in the west. Lots of depth.

Pels. There are right there without Ingram who is a key player for them.

Bandwagon me wants to throw in the kings though I settled for nuggets. They cam play like a top 5 offense and 15-20th defense imo, that might be enough in the west. They have been the most fortunate with injury luck, I’ll just predict that will continue and they don’t have any injury prone guys. Murray will get better and their gm will make some small trades for hopefully a backup big or wing

grizz have young legs which usually means a better record.

MPJ made an appearance out of the blue last night, playing 27 minutes. He is a wild card for Denver. If he can stay healthy and play well he is a perfect compliment to Jokic, an elite off ball scorer.

huge if. His back is ****ed. Not something I'd be betting on

The injury he is returning from is actually a heel injury. Not sure about the status of his back. Probably nobody knows outside the team.

The nuggets have been most fortunate when it comes to injuries? What?

I think the Nuggets will play consistent enough to take it, but I can see Phoenix playing well down the stretch to squeak it out. Total toss up as of right now though.
