Hornacek was really good in his younger days. I'd say he's between Jalen Brunson and Jimmy Butler level.

Agree. Hornacek was an all-star player in his prime and a very good third option in that Utah team (the second option was Stockton). Either people didn't see him play and don't know him or they are straight up trolling when they make these threads.

And him being trash, you'd be lucky to score a point off of him in a game of one on one.
He is closer to LeBron James (in terms of basketball ability) than you are to him (in terms of basketball ability).
A career 15 PPG scorer (who had two triple doubles, and an all star is trash.... Good God this site is overrun by middle school aged kids, or adults who act like middle school aged kids.....

Kobe had zero teammates to average 5 apg because everyone has that - it's standard - no one NEEDS it

kobe was the initial draw of the defense. gasols assists were kobes assists passed onto him through pick and pop/rolls where kobe got the hockey assist. only problem is they're not a stat that's kept in basketball. that was the triangle. it wasn't the lebron system where one guy pounded the ball for 20 seconds

Before Jordan took off, Drexler was widely considered the best SG in the NBA and in the conversation for overall best player. Michael quickly surpassed him, but people forget Drexler was a top tier HOFer.
And Hornacek was a very good player he was just ugly as all hell, boring to watch and I couldn’t stand his free throw routine.
