Dana White and his wife, Anne, had a brief physical fight at a New Year’s Eve party in Mexico.
The longtime UFC boss and his wife were partying in the VIP section of El Squid Roe in Cabo San Lucas. Video of the incident published by TMZ showed White leaning down to say something to his wife.
She responded by slapping him in the face, and he retaliated, slapping her twice. The two were quickly separated.
“My wife and I were out for New Year’s Eve, and, unfortunately, that’s what happened,” White said in an interview with TMZ.
“I’m one of the guys, you’ve heard me say for years, there’s never, ever an excuse for a guy to put his hands on a woman. And, now here I am on TMZ talking about it.”

In this era of equality, it shouldn't be a big deal unless you opened your yap and virtue signaled some chivalrous crap like Dana did years ago. He made his bed, he's going to have to lie in it
My ex, with whom we share a kid, slapped me at a party once in front of my friends. It was embarrassing especially since it caught me off guard. I reared back and slapped her back right in front of everyone. I was only 19, not my proudest moment but nothing I particularly feel bad about. To this day, she still brings up that moment from time to time

To be fair Dana's slap was pretty tame. He used to box and could have really f'd her up. When you get hit it is just a reflex to hit back. It takes some discipline not to hit someone that just hit you.

Every real G knows you never hit a hoe. You can grab her and shake her up, throw her out on the street, verbally abuse her soul to the point she is insecure for the rest of her life, but you never strike a broad.

Yo I legit did not hear about this until now. Yaboy ISH resident body language expert is gonna break it down tho.
He was 'lording' over her, saying some shit, she was practically crying. She was, at least, very upset. She DID slap him, but look at how she was facing and how he was facing, even when she slapped. She was almost flinching/guarding even when she slapped (she knew what was coming) and when he came back he kept yanking her and gave her another one.
When they say "Nothing like this has ever happened." Especially with his wife basically echoing it, that's sooo much bullshit. First of all, they could mean it being recorded? People are funny the way they lie. Not many people believe my insights (tho they turn out to be correct usually,) but I'd bet heavy that dude does in fact beat the shit out of his wife, if not regularly, enough to where it's significant. Haha, I mean, even once is significant, but due to JUST THIS ONE RECORDING, I would say there is def a pattern of violence in the home.
I'm not the dude to white knight in most situations, but in this situation, yea, he ****ed up. If he slapped her back and put a finger in the face like don't you ever touch me again, that's STILL pretty aggressive given their body language, but the fact that he was yanking her and got her again was just too much.
I don't think it's wrong for men and women to get physical sometimes. Shit goes down. Punching, yea, that's too much, but that he basically rag dolled HIS WIFE into a second slap is pretty insane. You can get drunk and do wild shit, but getting drunk won't make you forget your respect for your wife haha.
My money sez... he is abusive. What happened there is basically 'nothing,' tho. But it does point to likely 'real shit' going down in private. The fact that his wife issued an AOK statement just makes it even worse IMO. Almost exact same language as his. If she said something more human like we were drunk, we got wild, it was a crazy moment that I hope never happens again... see, that IMPLIES that it's not normal behavior and would actually be believable, but yeah... she's getting battered like aunt Jemima. Let's be real.

Will this turn out to be very positive to Dana's Power Slap premier ratings next week? Yes, it is delayed, but only one week. And it will be after that publicity stunt.
