I was thinking of giving OP a response just out of sympathy :oldlol:

Lebron isn't top 10 in the current MVP ladder. He isn't even honorable mention.

Nice season for his age but shooting 30% from 3 on 7 attempts from 3 isn't helping his case.

I don’t think 3 point percentage is a relevant argument when you’re putting up the kind of numbers he’s putting up. Really the only argument is the teams record.

It is pretty relevant when you are talking about the MVP. There are plenty of guys putting up huge numbers without shooting that poorly from 3.

No way somebody says, I’m not voting for Lebron because of his low 3 point percentage. When he’s averaging close to 30 on 51% from the field. I can see why you’re not on the panel.

How is that relevand to the thread?

The fact that you use FG% in 2023 shows that you are clearly living in the past. :oldlol:

You just brought up his field goal percentage from three. You forgot? That was like four minutes ago!

FG% and 3pt% are two different things. One is relevant, one isnt and hasn't been for 20 years.

Ah so MJ putting up the same 3pt percentage doesn’t mean anything. Ah so 2 pointers mean nothing

2pt% matters, 3pt% matters, ft% matters. All 3 combined give a players scoring efficiency.

FG% doesn't matter and hasn't for a long time.

Its so strange how a man can make so many defensive lapses and still somehow not be a complete liability on that end.

Donovan Mitchell as he is the greatest player in Cavs history putting up 71 points in Cleveland.
