wow, if we adjust for FGA, Mitchell blows Kobe out of the water.

mitchell in 2006 drops 50 tops

prime kobe in 2023 drops 100+

kobe shot 61% for his 81 in 2006 with actual big men and more physicality. imagine that version of kobe in todays game. this is a joke
That brutal big man duo of Bosh & Matt Bonner, repping the 29th ranked defense :lol

all of these games translate to 80+ today or more ( aside from the one in 2016 )

pick a game. any game. go ahead. i'm sure theres tons of legit bigs in there somewhere

You actually think Kobe is better at basketball than Giannis lol. Sad.

kobe has more ways to score. that enables a guy to have higher scoring outputs. and giannis has many flaws. hes very raw even to this day. the fact that luka and jokic are making him look like an afterthought tells a lot about todays rules and style of play. sloths have the advantage

is giannis a more athletic bigger, longer, taller player that can bulldoze his way to the rim better? sure

thats all we know for sure though
And yet Giannis is the one with the ring which is what you always use to argue for Kobe.

he did most of this in a 2 year span... kobe sacrificed a ton to win. hes 2nd all time in SG assists, 2nd all time in titles as assist leader. he passed plenty.

now imagine if he had more than 2 years to go off on the league
Meh, who cares.

1. the suns coach was retarted and made zero adjustments. let giannis get his going 1 on 1 the whole finals like a moron

2. monty also refused to build a wall

3. the bucks made the finals without giannis

4. its a 2021 title in the freedom of movement/positionless era

5. its 1 title. win 4 or 5 and we'l compare him to kobe

6. giannis looks like a guy that never touched a basketball till he turned 18. its ugly to watch him play. i prefer not to. he makes lebron look fundamentally sound and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. which is hard to do
This sounds like a lot of fuming about the fact that Giannis won a ring with less help than your hero ever did.

It took kobe at least five finals to win his first finals mvp (ala stephen curry) while only one was needed for giannis to attain the very same thing. :ohwell:
