- Slam Dunks are 3 point shots
- Any shot in the last three seconds is worth 8 points
- 4 points for 3 point shots if it doesn't hit the rim
- Games can end in ties

They have to do with why they call more fouls and hinder defense. The Spurs were boring as hell playing dirty defense, and Ginobli wrote the book on how to flop. Subsequently the league changed the rules to favor offense, and all the players learned how to flop. That’s why there is no defense anymore.
