I don't particularly understand how the NBA would track such things given the widespread adoption of illegal streaming.

However, NBA viewership was up 19% for the the 2022 season compared to the 2021 season.

Viewership is allegedly down 2% for the 2023 season.

Not enough to indicate a problem from the consumer's perspective, at least yet.

Fair enough. I might be wrong but it seems 3 pointers are down in the last couple years. And I like it.
I just saw 58 threes on 88 shots and assumed it was a boring game.

Maybe because the rs was back to 82 games for the season when it was only 72 for 2021 because covid obviously changed how things used to be almost three years ago.

i stopped watching the nba a week ago. don't even have the inclination to anymore from the sloths, roid users, 3 ball chuckers, scrubs dropping 40-50, DNP's for rest, mailing it in for the first 3 quarters, zero rivalries, zero emotion, zero defense, stoppages every 2 seconds, zero offensive systems, zero coaching, fans bored out of their minds making no noise, poor commentary

its the absolute worst its ever been. the 60s was more competitive and fundamentally sound
