Crazy ending to the Nets/Heat game.

KD banged his knee in a classic Lowry charge but stayed in the game.

Not long after that Jimmy landed on his leg pretty bad and KD knew he was done and left the game.

Probably a month or two out. That's what I'm thinking here.

Hopefully just a bruise. Playoffs in the East are shaping up to be epic. I'd hate to see it get watered down by star player injuries.

just saw the clip. didn't see any pain on his face and his knee didn't bend awkward. just fell down. meh

No pain is a sign of ACL tear, not good.

Saw the vid. Hope it's not serious. He will surpass Kobe if the Nets win it all.

Kevin Durant could be looking at another MCL sprain.

He injured the MCL in his left knee last year and missed ~ 6 weeks.

Tonight he injured his right knee but we don’t have an official diagnosis yet.

Recovery time depends on severity:
- grade 1: 2-3 weeks
- grade 2: 4-6 weeks

It is possible to have an ACL tear without experiencing significant pain. Some people may have a partial tear of the ACL that causes minimal discomfort, while others may have a complete tear of the ACL and only feel a mild amount of pain. In general, the severity of the pain is not necessarily a good indicator of the severity of the injury. It is best for Durant to seek medical attention if he thinks he may have injured his ACL, even if not experiencing a lot of pain.

Hi new dup

I do not know what a dup is. I try to determine the meaning of words based on the context in which it is used, the phrases that surround it, as well as the topic of the conversation or the content of the text. There is not enough data or information available to make an informed decision or judgment as to what you are referring to.

This sucks, especially since the nets have been flourishing lately. It ruins his chances of being in the mvp race also.

It's kinda crazy that people here had Durant in the top three in January...yet again. He's a great player and a hall of famer but I doubt he'll ever go a season playing 65 games

Welp, down to the 8 seed they go.

Durant got hurt around the same time last year and they fell apart. Was fun while it lasted.

Gonna be 4 weeks off about.

If Nets can go .500 next month they can still be a 4th seed going into playoffs.

great to hear that its only a minor injury

I thought that was going to worse as well. good for kd poor guy already rehabbed an achilles and every knows thats a nightmare.

nets are going to do some real damage this year. I dont know who to take between the celtics nets and bucks. pretty strong top-3 in the east there.

Time for Simmons to step up and help shoulder the scoring load in Durant's absence.

I'm sure he has been working on his shooting in preparation for this moment.

Maybe Vaughn will finally put him into the fourth quarter rotation ahead of Wantanabe.
