I used to never donate, but as of the last couple of years, I have decided to give a little. I was always in favor of animal charities and never really cared about charities for people, but I have to tell you, these commercials nowadays work. And in 2023, I donate to the following charities:
ASPCA
Best Friends Animal Society
Shriner's Hospital for Children
St. Jude Children's Hospital
Wounded Warrior Project
Tunnel to Towers
I have never felt better than when I started donating to Shriner's and to St. Jude's especially. I would suggest starting with those charities if you've never donated to a charity before. Those kids are amazing and deserve the best care out there. Your donation helps those who cannot afford the life-saving care that most of those kids need. Donations can be as little as $5 a month, especially for St. Jude's.

I've done the Tunnel to Towers 5K run a couple times. Really cool experience.

Funny you should ask, because Ive been preparing to re-launch my razor start up as “Blade In America” with the goal of bringing clean, green manufacturing back to America.
With the economic and social volatility in China, not to mention the environmental impact of shipping back and forth overseas, the time is more critical than ever to renew American industry in the everyday goods market.
It’s not a charity per se but a very important national enterprise that ultimately benefits all of us in the long run. Im raising funds to establish a green factory staffed by Americans that will ultimately replace “Big Razor” and their foreign manufacturing cartels.
So if youre feeling charitable… https://gofund.me/19793d74

I donate to a few each year.
Shriners Hospital for Children, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and American Cancer Society. Occasionally have a 4th/5th that I don't consistently contribute to and varies each year.
IMO, Everyone should find 3-5 charities and contribute each year - even small sums help someone out there.

I keep my donations local. I feel like it's a way to keep my money helping my neighbors and friends. Before he passed away, my Dad was a volunteer at a local food bank. I scratch them out a check a couple of times a year.
