Yeah I wasnt sure if places like Odessa, Amarillo, Lubbock and so on have em, but I know Dallas doesnt. They have Tom Thumb, basically just Kroger with an alternate name, I guess HEB feels theres not enough marketshare to be had. It is surprising tho.
