No. Joel Embiid literally held Westbrook's shooting wrist in place. Don't make me defend Russell Westbrook. Joel has his head down after he runs to the other side of the court, because he knows what he did. Integrity in the USA died a long time ago, if it ever existed.

He was clearly fouled. Throwing up a shot attempt in that situation after feeling contact was the smart move.
