I was hoping they would give him the chair, but instead faces a maximum of up to 18 months in prison. Lettuce be real though what are the chances he does any actual prison time? Hollywood celebrities get special privileges when it comes to the law so he'll probably have to do house arrest in his mansion for a bit.

If he goes to a prison here in New York, I can make a few calls and get his ass shanked.

OP actually had his hopes up that they would throw the death penalty at Baldwin for manslaughter. He won't even be found guilty this is just lawyers grabbing money.

It’s about damn time. And he could get a mandatory 5 year sentence for the gun.
“Involuntary manslaughter is a fourth-degree felony and is normally punishable by up to 18 months behind bars and a $5,000 fine, prosecutors said. But a firearm enhancement on the charges could make the crime punishable by a mandatory sentence of five years in jail, prosecutors said.“

he deserves it. he was negligent for hiring non qualified scabs. if he did his due diligence the lady would be alive. pretty much the definition of manslaughter
