What that tells students in college right now majoring in Sports Journalism and who may be huge basketball fans, is that unless you are Black or a former NBA/WNBA player as j3 pointed out, then you better seek another profession. So why is a woman talking about pitch count or the grip on a slider?


So I actually think there are two issues at play here:

1. ESPN and Disney are Woke to the core, so 5 Black faces is what they want when it comes to NBA. And they want women in the mix too.
2. A lot of former players are skipping the line and joining these networks as analysts.
