dont have the firepower right now to be a good offensive team and dillon brooks by himself torpedoes their team efficiency. One of the worst 3 pt shooting teams in the league so they need to rebound and that's where not having adams hurts. They've been rumored for og and should do it but someone like bogdanovic would help with their flaws a lot

Brooks absolutely REEKS on offense. Can’t believe he’s allowed to shoot as often as he does. Or take the shots he does.

yea 49ts% is bad in most eras let alone 2023 lol. OG isnt some great offensive player but him replacing brooks is addition by subtraction for their offense. Every other piece is there besides just some guy who can fill out their small ball lineup(i dont quite trust clarke). absolutely havent accomplished anything yet but morant,jaren,bane has duncan, ginobili, parker potential imo

ik sounds wild and I can easily be wrong but I'm talking about that core when they were stars. jaren can be all-nba lvl with his defense and bane can make some all star games. Ja should be in the MVP conversation at some point in his career. He wont be prime duncan but he can be as good as post 05 duncan I think. Also technically as a star core they won like 2 titles? 03 is a duncan carryjob 14 is a different team with them older and kawhi and insane depth. One title definitely doable for the grizzlies if they stay together long enough

They don't suck, but apparently they're a lot less dependent on Ja Morant and a lot more dependent on other role players than anyone on this forum will ever recognize and acknowledge.

They really miss Adams. He is the best offensive rebounder in the league and a great defender.

He's overrated and his impact sucks balls lol. Bane, jackson and adams have more important roles in this team. Jenkins should also get credit for giving them success but their reputation is let down by brooks who appears rude to others.

Morant is basically a healthy Derrick Rose before he got injured.

Both explosive guards who can score, but both don't play much defense & both don't provide much shooting.

Morant has actually regressed a bit this year.
