He doesn't want to hog all the winning. He wants to let other teams and players shine so as to maintain the illusion of competition. But he still wants to entertain the fans who show out. Don't you prefer it this way? Do you have an alternative in mind? (keep in mind that LeBron is always right so your alternative will not be as good)

They do.

Lakers are 18-13 in games Lebron has played since he returned from his November injury.

1-4 in games he's missed

He means no Lebron, no difference. You should have been able to figure that out last year if you had any semblance of intellect.

Relative to the league though his stats now are worse plus he doesn't have energy to spend on defense.

I'll give you another pro bono dose of special education

Lakers record with Lebron this season - 20-21.

Without Lebron - 4-7.

And of those seven losses without him, it's generally tough teams that he sat out against. For example, he sat against the Nets and played against the Knicks the next day. He almost always sits out one game of a back to back, and ALWAYS chooses the tougher of the two games to sit out.

So there you go. No Lebron, no difference. It's generally referred to as dead weight.

Lost in round 1 with Peak AD despite being 1st to win it all. Was 2nd the next year and missed the play in. Missed playoffs 3 years out of 4 years in LA despite loaded team.

No, I mean that since lebron returned form his injury in late November, LAL are now 19-13 in games he played, vs 1-4 in games he hasn't played.

So 19-13 vs 1-4. That's a difference, no?
