Kawhi Leonard is a huge difference. This would actually be a great signing because George and Leonard need a lot of rest giving Westbrook a lot of minutes where he can be himself and the team actually needs his production. Leonard can chill and just turn it on when it's time to close the game.

I would do it he’s better than wall. He should not finish games almost ever however when it’s kawhi and George time and play with the small ball lineup more. Covington or Batum at the 5 would be like the 2020 rockets. Clips main move is fvv right now imo

I don't know if it will happen myself but it makes sense if he's bought out. Westbrook isn't as tips as he used to be but he's still a great athlete with a motor. He's been scapegoats for the Laker issues but he was really just a bad fit.

The series would be decided by whoever has better health but Westbrook is becoming underrated. I don't want him creating vs a set defense with the game on the line but over the course of the game his transition offense will be effective now that he's surrounded by better shooters instead of being a bad shooter trying to play off of James.
