Russ had Durant - Lebron for most of his career. In addition to Anthony Davis, James Harden, Paul George, Carmelo Anthony, Bradley Beal.
He had chemistry issues everywhere. Rondo on other hand worked so well when surrounded with HOF.

Unless the question is we have a trash team, who do you prefer to have? Westbrook wins. But if the question is I got HOF , and winners on team I rather have Rondo to win the chip.
