Depends man. If he's trying to lose weight, it's pretty messed up to tempt him like that. But if you guys are celebrating I would yolo it. If you're unhealthy, then you need a lifestyle change and having junk food 'that one time' isn't what's killing you. A 'healthy' cake is passive-aggressive imo. You go all in or might as well no cake at all.
