Bucks have won 10 games in a row and Giannis has played incredibly during this stretch. They're one game back from the best seed in the NBA.

Could he do it? Could he become the first three-time MVP since LeBron did a decade ago?

Well, it's almost a lock we're gonna have a 3x MVP this year, just depends on which one it is.

Giannis came to LA and clapped both cheeks

25/11/10 on 70%TS while leading the league in every advanced metric is hard to beat. Unless Giannis leads the Bucks to a better record I don't really see it happening. There's a significant gap between the two right now IMO. Jokic would have to miss some games or fall off quite bit statistically.

As long as he is healthy we can expect Giannis to be a MVP finalist every year. To actually win it he will need some things to go his way.

The Bucks already have a better record than the nuggets. That plus 32/12/5 on 54%? It’s certainly a discussion.

This 10 game winning streak was a kick in your butt mentality for the team, but here is the interesting factor :

Bucks play twice as good when Middleton is on the floor, all most doesn't have to do anything , he is that good.
He didn't play in the Clipper game (back to back) but the Bucks momentum and player roles are back to being defined.
That is everything.
I hate to discuss Giannis , because I don't want people thinking I am a bandwagoneer ... but I believe Giannis is the best in the world.

3x?

Giannis and Jokic both have 2 so if one of them wins they will be 3x MVP.

If you factor in defense then I personally have to give the nod to Giannis. He anchors the Bucks's offense and defense and is the primary facilitator. Nuggets won't make it out of the second round because Jokic can't stop anybody

Tatum could get it as well if Boston extends their lead. Doncic too if Dallas makes a run.
