Liberals and Conservatives would obviously leave if they didn't want to live in a Liberal or Conservative state respectfully. The Liberal States would undoubtedly create their own Constitution since we know they have been pushing for the Great Reset for years. So if you're a Conservative that lives in Liberal land, you'll just have to abide by their insane rules and vice versa.

That's pretty much already how it is. Blue states and red states have their own laws. So I'm not sure what succession would accomplish, the cities in red states would still be blue because that is how society naturally formulates. And on top of that 99% of the cultural war is online where it is unaffected by borders. More Americans need to think like this. The two sides keep each other in check. It's a blessing and not a curse. The problem is the two sides have both become too extreme. Hence calls for civil war and succession. We need to do away with extremists no matter which way they lean.
