Who's the better player?? i think Embiid might win an NBA title in his 30's ala David Robinson.

he is a better player than Robinson who was destroyed by Olajuwon in 1995. His 2 championships he was the 2nd option in 1999, and a role player in 2003.

Embiid seems like a nice guy and great ball player but The Admiral was on another level of respectability. Never had to worry about him being out of shape in his career or ever starting the smallest controversy with a teammate.

Robinson is the answer. Embiid for all his regular season offensive heroics hasn't done much in the playoffs. Offensively they both decline in the postseason and are on the same tier even if you give Embiid a small edge but Robinson was a much better defender. Not that Embiid isn't a very good defender but Robinson was clearly better.

He and Robinson had huge issues.

Embiid is definitely better on offense, DRob better on defense.

I'll take DRob because he was very reliable. He had 8 seasons playing at least 80 games.

They are pretty much neck and neck offensively but Robinson is a better defender.
