And then it was Bird to DJ after the famous steal at home against the Pistons in the playoffs. They had magical chemistry

Not the best but Mark Jackson and Reggie Miller had that for guys overplaying the perimeter

Right - and another big one was game 4 in 1985 Finals in LA, with Boston down 2 games to 1 and when inbounding the ball, you can almost see DJ telling Bird " there gonna double you" and Bird probably says "be ready". Magic doubles Bird and DJ hits the game winner as the clock expires!
