I'll start off by saying Dana Barros. In 1994 he averaged 20.6 points and 7.5 assists per game. His best other season was 13.3 PPG and 5.2 assists

Hesitant to put Michael Adams on there since he was a good player overall, but he’s been the poster child of having just one monster season.
Off the top of my head: Aaron Brooks, Mike James the contract year mercenary, Jerome “Big Snacks” James didn’t even have a good season just a playoff stretch, and can’t remember if it was just one or two decent seasons when Bobby Simmons got hurt.
