She quit just a few weeks into her job because Biden disolved the "Disinformation" board. The DHS offered to keep her salary the same and move her to a different position but she refused.

She's now working abroad, mostly in Europe, to combat online "disinformation". Ironically she had to register as a foreign agent with the US government, a status which was initially created to keep an eye out on individuals spreading Nazi propaganda from Europe.
