View Full Version : Does Dillon Brooks have the worst shot selection of all time?

The man is currently averaging 14.4 PPG on 13.9 shots per game. His TS% is a dismal 48.3% in a league that averages 58.1%. This is despite playing on a team with two allstars in Ja and JJJ and another all-star level player in Desmond Bane. Why on earth does this idiot keep chucking up shots that have no chance of going in? I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a more delusional player outside of old guys who used to be stars but at least they were good once. Brooks is in his prime and still reeks.



Note: stats not including tonight’s game in which he put up 14 points on 15 shots

Yes.

He's infuriating to watch. He had a good game against GS after being fired up by Draymond's comments but he's just a very low IQ player.

He knew how to take a lesser role better than Brooks. Brooks is on a team with 3 star level players and still does this shit.

I've made this thread before about Brooks. His play always stuck out to me because of how bad he is compared to the other Grizzlies starters, yet Brooks is still playing a ton of minutes. He is definitely the weak link.

He’s a former MVP, his delusion at least has some basis in reality. Brooks has always been ass.

there are guys with worse shot quality but they're actually good shotmakers. dillon cant even make open shots at close to an average level. his defense is great but grizzlies should've gone all out for bridges imo, og wouldve been good too.
