Yeah, I was saying this in the playoffs last year, Joker is almost TOO active on offense early on with all the movement and running the break etc. At his size that kind of energy expenditure isnt sustainable and he ends up gassed pretty quick. I think they gotta slow his energy output down early on and let him save something for the other end of the floor and later in games. He’s absolutely unstoppable at the start of games but he wears down quick.

This is why I don't like using defensive stats at times. The advanced stats say Jokic is a good defender, but watching him play it's obvious his defense can be easily exploited.
