The Lakers should have been 6-0 over their last 5 but AD's horrendous performance made them go 3-3.

1. 8 points versus the Raptors. Teammates bail him out.

2. 17 points on 8-18 shooting versus the Knicks in Los Angeles. Loss.

3. His one great performance in this stretch. 35 against the Pelicans and a W.

4. Sits out versus Rockets despite being pain free. Doctors advice, but he could easily demand to play as a superstar. Team loses again.

5. Up 4 with 10 seconds left, proceeds to choke 3 times in a row versus the Mavericks. Braindead foul on a 3pt brick, 1/2 at the line and leaves Kleber open for game winner. Loss. At home. Again.

6. 15 points on 6-15 versus the Magic, bailed out by Austin Reaves though.


This is god tier choking and it isn't even the playoffs :biggums:



Tomorrow he faces the Suns in LA without Ayton and Durant. Will he have yet another dismal showing?

To be clear if he was playing well and they were still losing it would be understandable. But he’s playing wayyyyyy below his standards.

It’s so sad that with the easiest schedule left and WB out we’re not even in the play-in spot. Losses to Houston, Portland, Dallas/Knicks without their best player, so sad that without Bron we’re not even a lottery team. Really goes to show how much Bron has to carry the load all by himself even at 38 fk years. What else to expect from AD? 2 good games then shits the bed 10 times and will soon be injured when it matters the most. Dude has a 5-9 playoff record without Bron, he clearly cant carry anything by himself. So much potential wasted with AD, really sad.

It’s also on Ham. He has AD and some good role players. That should be enough to win must win games especially when you’re at home. He’s just an awful coach. Even worse than Vogel.

He hasn't looked the same since his injury. For a while there this season he looked like 2020 AD but not anymore.

Davis had 8 points in 33 minutes vs Jakob frking Poeltl lol. Wilt would drop 50 on that bum's head in 15 min in this soft era. Seriously, when you see the guys guarding AD when he has games where he has like 15 pts, you'd question yourself if AD is even a basketball player.

So much potential, yet so soft. AD should be dropping 40-50 on those atrocious centers in this his soft era bball. By far the most frustrating player i've seen. Has all the tools to be THAT guy, but somehow he finds a way to always choke even when there's no opposition.
