Counterfeit bills are illegal, but a prosecutor would have to convince a jury that there was intent to pass the fake or "commemorative" bill off as authentic US Currency. One easy way to avoid any legal problems is the make the fake items a different size and/or color then the real thing. I didn't see any indication about the dimensions of the bill. If it's, say, half the size of genuine currency then nobody is going to accept it as legal tender.

I also not it says in very fine print at the bottom of the webpage "The 1776 Society has no affiliation with President Donald Trump or his Presidential Reelection Campaign."
