my mum used to make the best salad ... I do it now.

Chicken shredded , celery chopped, onion chopped , peas (can) , mayo , salt and pepper (let sit in frig for 2 hours ) serve

I have used pheasant , tuna, turkey.

Good white wine , or a rose.
Dessert cheese cake and coffee.
