Two of those games you could say he struggled. His decreased production has to do more with his decreased usage. Since the trade the lakers have two great ball handlers in reaves and d’Lo. Not only do those guys set the table, they’re also capable of scoring. This has taken a lot of the load off Lebron. Which at his age is a good thing.

Completely agree. Since the trade deadline the Lakers actually have a legitimate team around him now, and AD has actually been able to stay healthy (for now). There's really no need for LeBron to have to gun for 30 like he was previously with a flawed roster around him and AD out half the time. As you said, needing to score 30 to win at his age shouldn't be part of the teams strategy. If he can take a step back scoring wise and contribute all around that would likely benefit the team more. He should only gun for 30+ when necessary.
