All of that, of course not counting players in the shortened seasons, who by percentage would have played enough games if they played 82 that year.

Well if the rules had existed, they might've tried to play more so they wouldn't lose accolade.

You could just sub out after one minute and get that games played quota.

That would tank the averages considerably if you did it multiple times though, and I'm sure the voters would take notice of that and would not vote for the guy out of spite as well, especially in the social media era. I'm sure someone's going to do it and it will either result in them changing the games played quota, or they'll make it a requirement that you played an x amount of minutes (let's say 20+) in those games.

Just a stupid idea to counter "load management". If a player leads his team to a 52-8 record and they end up with a 57-15 and he plays all time great hand him the fn MVP if he's injured.

Take away the accolades if teams sit players over x amount games without showing proof of injury. Wouldn't be that difficult.
