The East wins more games than the West for 2nd year in a row (1st time since 1999)

Last year the east won more games then the west (226-224), and this year again the east has won more games (235-210) with only 5 interconference games remaining.

21-3 in the Western Conference's favor in the 21st century. I think the one other time might have been 2009, 2011, 2021, or 2019? I can't remember.

The East was just as weak from 1999-2002, very weird you'd cut it off at '03. And I personally wouldn't lump in '05-'12 into that timeframe, the only truly weak year during that span was '07.
