Here’s which teams will be squaring off in the play-in tournament and the first round of the 2023 NBA playoffs from the Eastern Conference.
Eastern ConferenceNo. 1 Bucks vs. No. 8 seed
No. 2 Celtics vs. No. 7 seed
No. 3 76ers vs. No. 6 Nets
No. 4 Cavaliers vs. No. 5 Knicks
Play-in TournamentIn the play-in tournament, the No. 7-seeded Heat are scheduled to play the No. 8-seeded Hawks and the No. 9-seeded Raptors will face the No. 10-seeded Bulls. The winner of Raptors-Bulls will play against the loser of Heat-Hawks for the No. 8 seed.

Can the West be changed at all tomorrow? My guess would be only the Clippers or Warriors could flip.

I cheer for the bulls but i fear they will be the first one to lose in the play-ins. Even against a mediocre raptors team.

The Hawks will lose in straight sets.

The Raptors will play the Bucks and the Heat will play the Celtics. Both look as though they will be dirty, pain in the ass, grind to the bone series for the top 2 seeds.

It will be glorious.

Hate the heat .. hope they get dispatched as soon as possible.:oldlol:

Celtics will play down to the Heat, Jimmy goes god mode, and the series goes 7.

Butler will still be a problem but the Heat have gotten worse. The Celtics need to put a bullseye target on Kevin Love any time he's in the game. And Robert Williams is horrible for Bam. I am assuming that Williams will be ready to go and the Celtics win.

Bulls sneak in (because of internal conflicts with raptors and hawks) and lose 4-1 to the bucks

Spo knows this is a problem. Whenever I have seen Love play for Miami the Heat play a zone and stick Love in the middle to draw charges, which he is very good at doing.

Celtics just have to be smart about picking apart the Miami zone, which they should be able to do relatively easily with their talent and coaching.
