Should we propose a Play OUT Tournament to the NBA?

Why not have a play-out tournament for more ratings? The 14th and 15th seeds will play a game. The winner takes the 14th seed.

11 and 12 seeds play each other
The winner of 11-12 plays the loser of 13-14.

Then the winner of that wins the playout tournament. The winner of the playout tournament gets to play the 10th seed And the winner of that gets to go to the Play-in tournament.

That way no tanking, everyone gets a chance!
