Discrimination based on what's more convenient to employers has always been around. Like not wanting to hire women who recently got married because they are going to take one or more maternity leaves in the coming years and constantly leave work when their kids are sick etc. Muslims due to their multiple prayers daily also inconvenience employers. It's unfair but it's reality.
