Every great player besides MJ has had a bad series. Lebrons had multiple way worse than curry like 2011 and 2007 and 2008 and a handful of others.

It's actually remarkable that curry has had exactly 1 bad series in his entire nba playoff career given how much he's played.

You could argue the '96 Finals & '97 ECF were "bad" series, but he never had a truly atrocious showing like LeBron in 2011, Curry in 2016, Kobe in 2004 etc.

'93 & '97 ECF come to mind. I believe he shot under 40% in both series.

32/7/6 on 40/40/87 shooting in a series win is bad?

For his standards those are atrocious series.

Imagine shooting under 40% and arguing that's a good series.

How are you going to sit here with a straight face and tell me 32/7/6 in a win is an "atrocious series"?

This is embarrassing even for you.

Just accept that curry is having remarkable impact right now and go about your day without wishing bad on him.

Imagine sitting here and saying a player shooting 39% is a "good series"

We're comparing all standards here. MJ never put up 18 ppg in a brutal humiliating loss. If 32/7/6 on those splits in a win is atrocious what would you consider 2016 çurry or 2011 lebron to be?

There probably isn't a word in the English language to describe it. Which would also be the case in attempting to describe the level of intelligence you're displaying right now in this thread.

Those were atrocious series as well. Stop moving the goal posts.

Saying MJ never had a bad series is LOL worthy, you are just another case of a mindless moron who has been brainwashed by space jam and the media into thinking MJ was perfect. You are here saying MJ shooting 39% in the '97 ECF is not a bad series. Pathetic.

Every superstar player would get shit for shooting that bad.

30/8/3 in an easy 4-1 series win isn't atrocious.

Tim Hardaway was the leading scorer on the opposing team at 17ppg on 35% shooting.

If MJ lost and was outplayed by his opposition, I would agree with you, but he literally even in the worst series of his career supposedly, outproduced everyone and led his team to an easy win.

And you're comparing that to 2011 or 2016?

:oldlol:

Some things never change and you haven't smartened up a bit since I was out.

We all know that 2017 and 2018 make LeBron's rings with his own superteam look weak and that makes many people around here insecure. That a ring in 2016 might have been an even greater feat does not negate that fact and only shows that Curry is involved in even bigger discussions.

Yea if we're canceling Currys rings for playing with Durant then a ton of rings are going to be canceled because a lot were won by dual superstar teams. Kareem and Magic are ringless. Kobe and Shaqs three peat doesn't count. LeBron and AD and Wade are all ringless.

Such dumb argument but that's about par for the course with certain posters around here.

Nothing against the Dubs but I would like to see the Kings win this series. Got to give credit to them though showing the experience and composure in the last game, Curry being a huge part of it.
