Lebron has had the best +/- on the lakers all regular season, but Ham has mesed with the rotations so now when AD rests, there's no C on the court.

They are obviously struggling when AD is resting, but it shows how great lebron is that Ham is trusting him to hold down the fort at C, over an actual back up C, while the starting C rests.
